Carrier – microcrystalline cellulose, capsule shell (beef gelatin – carrier, glycerin – moisture-retaining agent), selenium (selenomethionine), anti-caking agent – magnesium salt of stearic acid (magnesium stearate).
Adults: 1 capsule 2 times a day with meals.
