It is recommended to shake the package with the dry product before opening.
Mix 30 g of the product (1 level measuring spoon*) with 250 ml of water or low-fat milk** (the temperature of the water or milk should not be higher than 60 °C) and stir in a shaker or mixer. To obtain a thicker cocktail, add less liquid when diluting.
Caution: The shake should not be your only source of nutrition. It is recommended to consume no more than 2 servings of the shake per day.

Они действительно хорошо помогают в борьбе с лишним весом , а теперь , думаю будут ещё эффективней способствовать снижению нежелательных килограммов, и улучшать состояние организма в целом. 24.04.2025 Много лет я пила коктейли другой Компании, но год назад в попробовала коктейли Компании Фаберлик, и сразу влюбилась в них. Они такие вкусные при том что всего в одной порции 98 кал. Еще пищевые волокна витамины и минералы , которые нужны нашему организму. Заменяя свой завтрак или ужин коктейлем я привела свою фигуру в порядок. Пью с 1,5% молоком взбивая в блендере или шейкере, ммм вкуснятина ! |

Можно использовать как перекус для похудения,а можно и для того чтобы набрать вес! Очень вкусно на молоке. Но для снижения веса пью на воде или заменителе молока. |
