Use for massage before taking a shower.
- Massage skin from bottom to top to help the lymph nodes and vessels move fluid around your body.
- In circular motions, massage your legs from the ankles to the hips and buttocks.
- Massage the back by rubbing with direct movements from the lower back and higher.
- Work on your areas of concern for a longer time and with more pressure.
- Apply gentle pressure in the places where your skin is especially sensitive.
- Avoid massaging the areas near your lymph nodes. (is there a compliance related note to this?)
Finally, lightly rub your arms and shoulders. After the massage, take a hot and cold shower. In the end, apply your favorite body milk, moisturizer, or oil.
Massage 3–5 times a week, starting with 2 minutes and gradually increasing to 10–15 minutes.
